In-Stock - Yes, as long as the item has not yet shipped.

Group Buy - Order cancellations will be offered for the first 5 days after the order is placed.

If the Group Buy window has closed, typically cancellations are not permitted. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

There will be a 7.5% non-refundable re-stocking fee for any order cancellation.

In-Stock - Yes, if stock is available and the item has not yet shipped.

Group Buy - Yes, if the change is submitted prior to the end of the Group Buy.

After the Group Buy has ended it is highly unlikely that an order can be changed. However, respond to the order confirmation and we will try to arrange a solution.
